The product

T10142CW Certificate Writer is a Windows desktop application for creating South African electrical Certificates of Compliance (COCs) and related business documents. The standard licence covers a single user and is sold once-off in South African Rand (ZAR).

Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant: a personal download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout the moment your payment clears, and the same link appears on the confirmation page. The link stays valid for 30 days and a limited number of downloads. Keep the delivery email — it is your proof of purchase.

Updates and renewal

Your licence includes 12 months of updates. After that the application keeps working — it never stops, and there is no subscription. Renewing updates is optional; early adopters renew at 50% off (R 6250) for as long as that offer runs.

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If T10142CW does not produce the certificate documents you need, email support@t10142.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Payment

Card payments are processed by our payment processor on its secure hosted checkout page. Prefer to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)? Email us for a pro-forma invoice; your licence is delivered within one working day of your payment reflecting.

Your responsibility

T10142CW prepares paperwork; it does not perform electrical work. The registered person who carries out or supervises an installation remains responsible for testing, signing, and issuing every certificate in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations (2009) under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
